The receptionist Caroline was friendly, with good English and a great sense of humor. The village was quiet and residential, with a beautiful garden full of roses and lavender. The room was clean and quiet, with nice extras and a good shower. The restaurant had fabulous food.
Everything was spot on.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonably priced rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident, from the clean and quiet rooms to the little extras provided. The location, just a short walk from the restaurant down the drive, added to the overall charm of our stay.
All was great, no complaints.

Simple hotel with big, clean, comfortable rooms at a great price. Good quality portacot was provided at no extra cost. Friendly staff with enough english to make communication easy. Hotel was in a quiet location with parking on site. Close to Colmar and Route Des Vins. Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was great. The kids were looked after well. High chair and kids menu was available. Good food at reasonable prices.

The hotel is a part of a restaurant, but located in the back side of restaurant win a seperate building. The bed is very comfortable and nice w good smrll line , but the bath room is a bit dated. The restaurant is great, would recommend to reserve a seat there. There is a little playroom for young kids in the back part of restaurant, which is a big help for us. The food is excellent n price is really reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was fantastic. Helpful and friendly . The resurant was expensive but great service was given. We ate in Colmar. And found that the city was breath taking and friendly. The hotel was close to the city and simple to find. Would defiantly stay there again. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel and it's posistion in the alsas region. Simply beautiful! I want more wine from there.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff, especially Caroline at the reception, were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. I felt instantly welcomed and at ease. Secondly, the location of this hotel was perfect. Situated in a quiet residential area, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being close to some beautiful French villages on the wine route. Lastly, the food at the accompanying restaurant was simply fabulous. Although slightly on the expensive side, the quality and taste of the dishes were worth every penny. The beautiful garden filled with roses and lavender added to the overall charm of the hotel.
All was fine and I had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel that was close enough to the city center but not in the hustle and bustle of it. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful French villages on the wine route, and parking was readily available. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating.
Not obvious to find, but worth the search!

We had a lovely Easter holiday at this hotel! We appreciated the free parking and the beautiful garden, which was in full bloom. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with good towels. The buffet breakfast included some delicious local specialties that we enjoyed trying. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, and it was easy to reach nearby towns by car.
The room had no air conditioning, which made it a bit warm during the day, but we were able to open the window for some fresh air. However, the lack of mosquito nets made it a challenge to keep the window open during the night.

The hotel was located near beautiful French villages on the wine route in the region. the restaurant's food was of a top London restaurant quality. the hotel had colourful decor located down the drive from the restaurant.
Some of the rooms were rather basic and not luxurious.

Stayed over Easter and found the location to be perfect, close to both Strasbourg and Colmar. the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.
The air conditioning could have been better, and we found it noisy at times. the restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
